This unsubscribe interface allows you to unsubscribe your registration. You need to fill out the following form with your ID number and KEY. The ID number can be found in the confirmation letter when you registered phaser. The key is a combination of all partial keys in order of their key sequence numbers which also can be found in the confirmation letters.
